I had a pretty messed-up dream last night. I dreamt that for my Analytical Chemistry course, it was suddenly a requirement for the students to pass a 'singing test', where they had to stand at the front of the auditorium and sing along to some music, and if the prof thinks you didn't sing well, then you don't pass the course. In that dream, I was to sing 'Always' by Bon Jovi; I was freaking out because I friggin' can't sing.
Now how stupid a dream is that??? What does singing have to do with chemistry?? LOL!!! Thank goodness it was just a dream, because otherwise I wouldn't get very far in life! ;p

I really think these reality shows they have now are really starting to get out of hand. There’s this new reality show called “Married By America” (or something like that), where, if I’m not mistaken, the viewers vote for which pair of contestants should be married, and then they actually DO marry. I find this to be completely ridiculous. I mean, for one thing, you ought to know someone for more than one season before deciding to get married, and another thing, this just goes to show that marriage isn’t taken as seriously as it should be.
It just annoys me that people take marriage so lightly nowadays. It should be a well-thought and planned decision, but we see so many people getting married then divorced then married again and divorced again. Now don’t get me wrong, in certain situations divorce is necessary, namely in cases of abuse or infidelity. I just don’t approve of the let’s-get-married-because-we-can-just-divorce-in-two-weeks kind of mentality. It’s as if people just view it as a game, as a joke. And it makes me sick.

Wow, there’s quite a storm going on now. *Sigh* The weather was so nice just a couple of days ago; it felt like spring was coming. And now, it seems that Old Man Winter is punishing us for underestimating his strength ;-) Surprisingly enough, there was actually some thunder and lightning about an hour ago. Not exactly a very common thing for winter, eh?
Anyway, on to good news, I have The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina Of Time on Gamecube! WOOHOO!!! Nintendo decided to include it (for FREE) for the people who pre-order the new Zelda game, The Windwakers. On the back of the game case, it says that Ocarina of Time is considered by many to be the best adventure game OF ALL TIME. Even though I never bought an Nintendo64 system, I FINALLY have my all-time favorite game, to keep until the end of time! It’s mine, all mine, my precious…
